WHEN I START VEHICLE A HISSING OR ELECTRIC SHOCK RATTLES AND SEEMS AS I START TO DRIVE THERE IS NO POWER AND 4 WD IS ON WHEN I BRAKE IT SKIPS MAKING TIRES JUMP.
