Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 JEEP RENEGADE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE HER SON WAS DRIVING 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE VEHCILE WAS THEN TOWED TO BOLTON DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM FIAT (8181 MEMORIAL BLVD, PORT ARTHUR, TX 77640, (409) 237-5500) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FUEL PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE HOWEVER, NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 62,000. INVALID VIN.*DT*JB
