THERE IS AN EXISTING RECALL IN EFFECT (NHTSA RECALL 15V250000) FOR FORD FUSION VEHICLES THAT COULD EXPERIENCE A DANGEROUS LACK OF VEHICLE CONTROL DUE TO THE LOSS OF POWER STEERING. I HAVE A FORD FUSION ENERGI 2013 (MODEL YEAR OVERLAPPING THAT OF THE EXISTING ISSUE), EXPERIENCING A LOSS OF POWER STEERING. IS THERE A REASON MY VIN/MODEL WERE NOT INCLUDED?
