Consumer Description

I PULLED INTO A DRIVEWAY AND WHEN I CAME OUT THE POWER STEERING WASN'T WORKING AT ALL. I HAD NO WARNING ABOUT THIS, IT JUST HAPPENED. NOW IT IS HAPPENING EVERY DAY AND SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. THE STEERING WHEEL SHAKES WHILE I'M IDLING AND SHAKES AND PULLS WHEN DRIVING. I HAD NO PROBLEM OR ANY KIND OF WARNING THAT THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. I AM 58 YRS OLD AND MY MOTHER IS 85 YRS OLD AND WE SHARE THE CAR. I CAN BARELY STEER IT WHEN IT GOES OUT, THERE IS NO WAY MY MOM COULD TURN THE WHEEL.. IT FIRST HAPPENED WHEN I WAS PARKED, WHEN I CAME OUT AND STARTED THE CAR IT WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL. THE NEXT SEVERAL TIMES IT HAS GONE OUT IT'S USUALLY WHILE DRIVING AND AFTER HAVING TO MAKE SOME TIGHT TURNS OR U-TURNS. TODAY IT WENT COMPLETELY OUT WHILE I WAS DRIVING SLOWLY ON THE INTERSTATE.
