Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 HONDA PILOT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE REAR CAMERA DISPLAY PANEL TURNED OFF AND ON CAUSING A VISIBILITY HAZARD WHILE REVERSING THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER GARDENA HONDA LOCATED AT 15541 S WESTERN AVE, GARDENA, CA 90249 AND REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V440000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100.
