Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA PILOT. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE AT A STANDSTILL REACHING BACK IN HIS SEAT THE SEAT RISER FRACTURED CAUSING THE DRIVER'S SEAT TO MOVE BACK AND FORTH IN THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO LOCAL DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 185,000.
