TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 SUBARU FORESTER. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT A LOW SPEED, HE NOTICED A STONE CHIP ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE FRONT WINDSHIELD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE A DEPOSIT WAS PLACED ON THE WINDSHIELD. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
