Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 SUBARU FORESTER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER PARKING THE VEHICLE, HE NOTICED A SMALL CRACK ON THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE WINDSHIELD. THE CONTACT STATED HE WAS UNAWARE OF WHAT CAUSED THE CRACK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GLASS REPAIR SHOP AND HAD INJECTED A RESIN ON THE GLASS CRACK TO STOP FURTHER CRACKING OF THE WINDSHIELD. THE CONTACT CALLED SUBARU OF GLENDALE - AMERICA'S #1 SUBARU RETAILER (1308 S BRAND BLVD, GLENDALE, CA 91204; (818) 396-3900) AND THE DEALER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 4,800.
