Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING FAILED. THE POWER STEERING WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED INDICATING SERVICE POWER STEERING NOW. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HERB CHAMBERS FORD OF WESTBOROUGH (310 TURNPIKE RD, RTE. 9, WESTBOROUGH, MA 01581) BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED BY THE DEALER TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V632000 (STEERING) AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA FOR ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 101,333.
