HELLO, GOOD MORNING, I WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT, I DON'T KNOW IF YOU CAN HELP ME. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CAR WAS THAT I BOUGHT IT AT A MAJOR WORLD DEALERSHIP IN LONG ISLAND CITY, WHICH THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CAR DID NOT HAVE AN ACCIDENT OR TOTAL LOSS REPORT, WHICH TURNS OUT TO BE A LIE AFTER A FEW MONTHS WITH THE CAR. I NOTICED THAT THE CAR HAS TOTAL DAMAGE. HEY, IT EVEN HAS PART FROM ANOTHER VEHICLE. I'VE TRIED TO GET HIM TO HELP ME, BUT HE SAYS IT DOESN'T HAVE TO DO WITH THE CAR ANYMORE. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME A GUARANTEE OF 3,000 DOLLARS AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO COVER WHAT THE VEHICLE HAS IN CONCLUSION; THE CAR HAS A DESTABILIZING REAR RUBBER, THE PART OF THE TRUNK ENTERS THE WATER, THE DOORS ON THE LEFT SIDE DO NOT BELONG TO THE SAME VIN NUMBER OF THE VEHICLE AND A NO NUMBER OF THING. PLEASE, I ASK YOU TO HELP ME SINCE I AM A YOUNG LATINO IMMIGRANT WHO WANTS TO GET AHEAD IN THE UNITED STATES. RIGHT NOW I AM USING THE VEHICLE BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE TO GO TO WORK
