TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 SUBARU OUTBACK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT WINDSHIELD CRACKED WITHOUT IMPACT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CRACK WAS LOCATED IN THE UPPER MIDDLE SECTION OF THE WINDSHIELD. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE CRACK OCCURRED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
