Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CADILLAC ATS. THE CONTACT STATED THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT WAS SAGGING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE HEATER PAD AND FOAM CUSHION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS CONTACTED CASE [XXX AND XXX]. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER HOWEVER, NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
