Consumer Description

I RECEIVED A SAFETY RECALL LETTER JULY 2016 FOR THE TAKATA AIR BAG. I CALLED THE DEALER SERVICE GARAGE IN EL PASO, TEXAS AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AIR BAGS. SO, THEY COULD NOT REP[LACE THE DEFECTIVE AIR BAG.
