Consumer Description
BRAKES FAIL. WILL NOT ALLOW VEHICLE TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP WHEN GOING FORWARD OR IN REVERSE. WHEN ACCELERATING VEHICLE VIOLENTLY SHAKES. THIS HAPPENS AT ANY SPEED ABOVE 20MPH.
