Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 KIA SORENTO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER'S AND DRIVER'S SIDE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS FAILED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND WERE REPLACED SIX TIMES. ALSO, THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE ACCENT LIGHT LOCATED ABOVE THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED AND NO LONGER WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURES WERE NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES HOWEVER, NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000.
