Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 GMC SIERRA 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE EXITING A PARKING LOT AND TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL COMPLETELY TO THE LEFT AND TO THE RIGHT, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL SOUND COMING FROM THE DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S WHEELS. THE CONTACT COASTED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND NOTICED THE TIRES WERE RUBBING ON THE FRONT SUSPENSION BARS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 70,000.
