Consumer Description

FRONT WHEEL PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELT IS GOT LOCKED AND GOT STUCK BESIDE THE SEAT DUE TO DESIGN FLAWS WITH SEAT. IT'S NOW NO MORE IN USE UNTIL THE ISSUE HAS BEEN ADDRESS. WE HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT LOCAL HONDA DEALERS BUT THEY ARE ENTERTAIN OUR COMPLAINTS. THIS ISSUE IS BOTHERING US TO TRAVEL TOGETHER WITH FAMILY DUE TO SAFETY MEASURE FAILURE. WE ARE HELPLESS AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY CLUE HOW TO TAKE IT UP THIS REQUEST WITH HONDA DIRECTLY.
