Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 HONDA CIVIC. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE HIS DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING 70 MPH, SHE HEARD AN ABNORMAL SOUND COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE DRIVER PULLED OVER AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO HOLLER HONDA LOCATED AT 2211 N SEMORAN BLVD, ORLANDO, FL 32807, (877) 872-9906, WHERE THE SKID PLATE WAS ATTACHED PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED THREE TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 18,000.
