Consumer Description
2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE HAS A RECALL (FCA# V62) NHTSA RECALL # 19V-813 FOR A FUEL PUMP RELAY. PER THE RECALL, FAILURE OF THE RELAY CAN RESULT IN A STALL AND A NO-START CONDITION. JEEP (FCA) DOES NOT HAVE A FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM AND BECAUSE OF THIS MY JEEP EITHER WILL NOT START OR STALLS WITHOUT WARNING. JEEP DEALER AND FCA ARE NOT OFFERING ANY RESOLUTION. WHAT OPTIONS DOES THE CONSUMER HAVE IN THIS CASE. PLEASE ADVISE.
