Consumer Description

MY TRUCK IS EXPERIENCING THE " DEATH WOBBLE". TRUCK HITS A BUMP IN THE ROAD AT HIGH SPEEDS AND VIOLENTLY GOES OUT OF CONTROL STEERING. FEELS LIKE THE WHOLE FRONT END OF THE TRUCK IS FALLING OFF . BROUGHT IT TO THE FORD DEALER TO FIX. THEY CLAIMED IT IS THE RAG STEERING JOINT. WAS REPLACED A FEW MONTHS AGO AND NOW THE WOBBLED IS BACK! PROBLEM NOT FIXED!! I AM A REGISTERED TRAFFIC ENGINEER IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THIS IS A VERY UNSAFE VEHICLE TO OPERATE IN PUBLIC. PLEASE TAKE THIS COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY!! AS A SAFETY EXPERT I WOULD NEVER LET ANYONE DRIVE THIS VEHICLE IN THIS CONDITION. FORD NEEDS TO STEP UP AND FIX THIS ISSUE BEFORE SOMEONE DIES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS COMPLAINT WILL OFFICIALLY PUT THE FORD MOTOR COMPANY ON NOTICE OF THIS ISSUE.
