Consumer Description

LLOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS HAVE DIMMED OVER TIME (CAR WAS JUST OVER 4 YEARS OLD) TO THE EXTENT THAT IT IS NO LONGER SAFE TO OPERATE VEHICLE AT NIGHT WITHOUT USING HIGH BEAM LIGHTS. REPLACING BULBS DOES NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM. DEALER AND DSM REP AGREE THERE IS A PROBLEM BUT WILL ONLY REPAIR FOR OVER $1,000. THERE WAS A RECALL FOR SIMILAR ISSUE ON DIFFERENT MODEL. MANY COMPLAINTS ONLINE FOR THIS ISSUE.
