PUT CAR IN REVERSE. BACKING OUT OF DRIVEWAY. HEADREST EXPLODED INTO MY HEAD. POPPED OUT ABOUT 3 TO 4 INCHES. PUSHED MY HEAD FORWARD A FOOT. CAR WAS IN MOTION. NO CONTACT WITH ANYTHING.
