Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT CALLED ON BEHALF OF HIS SISTER WHO OWNS A 2015 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HIS SISTER WAS DRIVING, THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY AND STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE DRIVER WAS UNABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE NEW ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE WENT TO HAAG FORD SALES INC (405 E EADS PKWY, GREENDALE, IN 47025) AND WAS INFORMED THAT A NEW ENGINE WAS NEEDED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 82,637.
