TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 SUBARU OUTBACK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 40 MPH, THE LOWER PASSENGER SIDE OF THE WINDSHIELD BEGAN TO CRANK WITHOUT ANY IMPACT. THE CONTACT CONTINUED TO DRIVE TO HIS RESIDENCE. THE CONTACT CALLED LOCAL DEALER ROYAL MOORE SUBARU LOCATED AT 1326 SE ENTERPRISE CIR, HILLSBORO, OR 97123, (503) 640-5660, AND MADE THEM AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,510.
