TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS AT A STAND STILL AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, WHEN DEPRESSING ON THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL AND THE VEHICLE HESITATED. THE CONTACT STATED THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED HE CONTINUED DRIVING HOWEVER, CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LOCAL DEALER SOUTH CHICAGO DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP LOCATED AT 7340 S. WESTERN AVE, CHICAGO, IL 60636, (773) 476-7800, WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH NEEDING THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 128,000.
