TL* THE CONTACT CALLED ON BEHALF OF HIS MOTHER WHO OWNS A 2007 FORD FREESTYLE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE HIS MOTHER WAS IDLING AT A FAST FOOD DRIVE THRU, THE VEHICLE INADVERTENTLY LUNGED FORWARD. THE CONTACT STATED NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE DRIVER CONTINUED TO DRIVE TO HER RESIDENCE. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000.
