2013 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO DEALERSHIP FRAUD. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED HE REQUESTED FOR REAR BUMPER SPOILER TO BE REPLACED. THE CONSUMER STATED THE DEALERSHIP CHARGED A DIAGNOSTIC FEE BUT, DID NOT COMPLETE THE REQUESTED WORK. *JS
