Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE IN THE VEHICLE, THE FRONT PASSENGER'S AND FRONT DRIVER'S DOOR PANEL DETACHED FROM THE DOOR FRAME. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER VICTORVILLE MOTORS (14617 CIVIC DR, VICTORVILLE, CA 92394, (760) 843-8317) WHERE BOTH THE DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S DOOR PANELS WERE INSPECTED AND IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE DOOR PANELS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE, HOWEVER NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 35,000.
