Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CADILLAC ATS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GEAR SHIFTER CEASED IN PARK. THERE WAS NO WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE ED MORSE CADILLAC TAMPA DEALER LOCATED AT 101 E FLETCHER AVE, TAMPA, FL 33612, AND WAS ADVISED TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V338000 (POWER TRAIN) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE RECALL WAS CLOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 75,000.
