Consumer Description

JEEP SENT A RECALL NOTICE WITHOUT HAVING A SOLUTION ON HAND. IT HAS BEEN 10 MONTHS SINCE THE RECALL. FUEL PUMP RELAY FAILURE CAN CAUSE MAJOR ACCIDENTS. MY VEHICLE HAS HAD CHECK ENGINE LIGHT SPONTANEOUSLY COME ON. I TOOK IT TO JEEP DEALERSHIP FOR A FIX AND THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I HAVE A SMALL CHILD IN THE SUV MOST OF THE TIME AND I AM CONCERNED FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CHILD. JEEP IS NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH ME ON A SOLUTION TO EITHER FIX THE VEHICLE OR SUPPLY A TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT UNTIL MY VEHICLE IS FIXED. PLEASE HELP!
