I TRIED TO REGISTER THE VEHICLE AND CANNOT REGISTER THE CAR. IT FAILS SMOG. 02 SENSOR NOT READY. THE BATTERY HAS NOT BEEN DISCONNECTED SINCE IT'S FIRST MILE DRIVEN.
