Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 GMC YUKON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT, THE REAR TAIL LIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CRESTVIEW CADILLAC LOCATED AT 2700 E. GARVEY AVE S, WEST COVINA, CA 91791, (626) 966-7441, TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE REAR TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLIES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE EXCEEDED THE MILEAGE LIMIT TO HAVE THE REPAIRS COMPLETED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 71,468.
