TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 50-55 MPH, THE VEHICLE HESITATED AND STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V813000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE CONTACT STATED THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HUNTER DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (1130 AUTO MALL DR, LANCASTER, CA 93534(661) 948-8411) WHO STATED THAT THE REMEDY PARTS WERE NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED HOWEVER, NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE *BF *AS
