Consumer Description

CENTER TOUCHSCREEN WENT BLACK. ALL CONTROLS WEREN'T USABLE OR FUNCTIONING LIKE AC, HEATING, RADIO, GUIDANCE MAPS AND NAVIGATION, CHARGING DOOR PORT WOUND OPEN, CHARGING SLOWS TO TAKE DAYS AND DAYS TO CHARGE THE CAR; LITERALLY MOST FEATURES ON THE CAR. REPAIR COST $2,326.44 ON 4/28/2020 CAR WAS IN OUR GARAGE. STUCK BETWEEN COMPUTER UPDATING. THIS IS A KNOWN TESLA ISSUE THEY HAVE KNOWN FOR A LONG TIME. MEMORY CHIP MCU GETS FILLED WITH INFO AND THE CAR'S COMPUTER STOPS WORKING. ALL EARLY MODEL S AND X 2012 TO 2017 ARE EXPERIENCING THIS ISSUE AFTER A FEW YEARS OF OWNERSHIP.
