Consumer Description

WALKED OUT TO MY CAR TO NOTICE MY DRIVER DOOR WAS NOT CLOSED, EVEN THOUGH MY ALARM WAS SET AND ALL DOORS WERE LOCKED. FOUND OUT THE DRIVER DOOR WOULD NOT LATCH (RECALL 20S15) BUT THIS PARTICULAR VIN WAS SUPPOSEDLY NOT AFFECTED. THE SERVICE WAS JUST COMPLETED FOR $240 AT THE DEALER TO REPLACE THE LATCH. THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN NHTSA # 20V177000/ FORD RECALL 20S15
