Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE WOBBLED UNCONTROLLABLY UPON HITTING A BUMP IN THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO EIDE FORD LINCOLN (800 E BISMARCK EXPY, BISMARCK, ND 58504) ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS TO BE REPAIRED. THE STEERING DAMPER WAS REPLACED, THE TIRES WERE ROTATED, BALANCED, AND ALIGNED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. RECENTLY, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT ALL FOUR TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE AND A COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT WAS THEN REFERRED TO ANOTHER FORD DEALER FOR ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 40,000. *BF CONSUMER STATED DEATH WOBBLE HAS OCCURRED 4 TIMES.*JB
