Consumer Description

I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, CAR STALLING, AND CHANGING GEARS SLOW. THE CHEVY DEALERSHIP STATED THAT THE PURGE VALVE WAS BAD AND REPLACED IT ON 7/3/20. MY MOM HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH HER CHEVY TRAX AND A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP IN A DIFFERENT CITY SAID THAT HER PURGE VALVE WAS STUCK OPEN AND REPLACED IT. ALSO MY AIRBAG LIGHT IS ON NOW. I SAW THAT [XXX] HAS RECALLS ON CERTAIN VEHICLES BUT MY CHEVY ISN'T LISTED. INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
