Consumer Description

TOOK MY NEW 2019 CHEVROLET GRAND SPORT CORVETTE, PURCHASED MAY 27 2020, TO THE DEALER FOR 500 MILE OIL CHANGE. INFORMED DEALER I HAD VIBRATION AT 65 MPH AND UP TO 75 MPH (MAYBE HIGHER). DEALER INFORMED ME THAT ALL 4 WHEELS ARE BENT OUT OF SPEC. DEALER REFERRED TO GM CORPORATE FOR WARRANTY CLAIM. GM DECLINED THE CLAIM. I FOLLOWED THE GM RECOMMENDED BRAKE IN PROCEDURE, DID NOT HIT ANYTHING, NO HARD BRAKING, NO WIDE OPEN THROTTLE, NO BURNOUTS, ETC. THE MAJORITY OF THE 500 MILE WAS ALL INTERSTATE VARYING THE SPEED FROM 55 MPH TO 75 MPH.
