Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HER SON WAS DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE LOSS MOTIVE POWER, SPUTTERED, AND STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO TOWN AND COUNTRY FORD LOCATED AT 7800 E. LLOYD EXPY, EVANSVILLE, IN 47715, TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE THROTTLE BODY WAS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 68,000.
