Consumer Description

DRIVING ALONG THE HIGHWAY WHEN I HEARD A SMALL CRACKING SOUND. NO LARGE DEBRIS OR ROCK NOTED FROM HIGHWAY. ALL OF A SUDDEN A LARGE CRACK APPEARED ON THE RIGHT-HAND PASSENGER SIDE AND EXTENDED TO THE MIDDLE OF THE WINDSHIELD. I CALLED SUBARU DEALERSHIP AND SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO DETERMINE IF IT WAS A STRESS CRACK OR NOT FOR IT TO BE COVERED; THEY DETERMINED THAT IT WOULD NOT BE COVERED BECAUSE IT IS NOT A STRESS CRACK. *TR
