TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V757000 (FUEL SYSTEM) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. WALT MASSEY CHRYSLER JEEP LOCATED AT 602 WESTERN BYPASS, ANDALUSIA, AL 36420 AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED BY THE MANUFACTURE THAT THE PART WAS AVAILABLE HOWEVER, THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PART WAS ON BACK ORDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
