Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT 65 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE UNEXPECTEDLY STARTED SHAKING WITHOUT WARNING WHICH FORCED THE TIRE TO BE RELEASED. THE CONTACT STATED HE REPLACED THE TIRE WITH A SPARE AND DROVE HOME. AS A RESULT, THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE QUARTER PANEL WAS DAMAGED. THE DEALER (PINES FORD 8655 PINES BLVD, PEMBROKE PINES, FL 33024) WAS PREVIOUSLY NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE AND OFFERED THE CONTACT AN ALIGNMENT HOWEVER THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 27,000.
