TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 HONDA RIDGELINE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 75 MPH, THE HOOD STARTED TO VIBRATE. THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CALLED HONDA CARS OF KATY (21001 KATY FWY, KATY, TX 77450, (832) 772-4483), WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED OR INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,000.
