Consumer Description

MY CAR HAS BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM WITH OVERHEATING. IT HAS BEEN DISPLAYING A MESSAGE OF OVERHEATING AND TRANSMISSION PROBLEM. I JUST PICKED MY CAR UP FROM THE JIM BURKE FORD DEALERSHIP ON OAK STREET IN BAKERSFIELD, CA. YESTERDAY AND I HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED AGAIN FROM HWY 58 TO TEHACHAPPI TRANSMISSION SHOP AT787 W. TEHACHAPI BLVD. STEP A. PHONE NUMBER 661-822-4950. THE SHOP I HAD IT TAKEN TO IS THE SECOND SHOP TO TELL ME IT HAS RECALL NUMBERS 13S12 AND 12S41. THE FORD COMPANY HOWEVER IS SAYING THIS IS NOT VALID. MY CAR IS UNDRINKABLE AT THIS TIME UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED. *TR
