TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2017 RAM 3500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V036000 (POWER TRAIN) HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. JACK PHELAN DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (5859 S LA GRANGE RD, COUNTRYSIDE, IL 60525) WAS CONTACTED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE WHILE SHIFTING THE GEAR FROM DRIVE TO PARK OR ANY OTHER GEAR WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT. *BF CONSUMER STATED INCORRECT ADDRESS.*JB
