2014 DODGE DURANGO JUST LEFT HIGHWAY AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS ON TO EXIT RAMP. STOPPED AT END, MADE RIGHT TURN STARTED TO GO... " BANG " PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST MAKES LOUD NOISE HITS WIFE IN BACK OF HEAD . CAUSING NECK ACHE AND HEAD ACHE FOR TWO DAYS . I DID NOT LOOSE CONTROL BUT TOOK EYES OFF ROAD WHEN IT HAPPENED.THIS WAS A VERY DISTRACTING THING TO HAPPEN WHILE DRIVING ! PULLED OVER TOOK PICTURES , CALLED DODGE IMMEDIATELY .THEY SENT A COMPANY OUT TO INVESTIGATE , HAVE NOT HEARD BACK AT ALL . (( NOT TRYING TO DO YOUR JOB...
