TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HYUNDAI AZERA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL RATTLING SOUND IN THE STEERING WHILE DRIVING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PARKWAY HYUNDAI (5920 MARKET ST A, WILMINGTON, NC 28405, (877) 250-3183) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE STEERING COLUMN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 102,888.
