Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL SOUND WHEN THE IGNITION WAS TURNED TO THE ON POSITION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SIERRA MOTOR MALL LOCATED AT SIERRA MOTOR INC ' BILL WALSH AUTO GROUP LOCATED AT 510 EAST NORRIS DR, OTTAWA, IL 61350, HOWEVER, THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE OR DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1,500. *BF*JB
