Consumer Description

UPON PULLING OUT OF A PARKING SPOT, THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT HEADREST SAFETY MECHANISM ACTIVATED, PROPELLING THE HEADREST FORWARD, FOR NO FORESEEN REASON. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT AND HAS NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT. UPON INSPECTION, IT SEEMS THAT A PLASTIC PART WITHIN THE HEADREST CRACKED, THUS CAUSING THE SAFETY MECHANISM TO FAIL AND DEPLOY ON ITS OWN. *TR *BF*JB
