Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN FOR SERVICE AT HOLMAN FORD TURNERSVILLE LOCATED AT 3641 RT 42 SOUTH TURNERSVILLE, NJ 08012, THE MECHANIC DISCOVERED THAT THE LUG NUTS ON ALL FOR WHEELS WERE DEFECTIVE. THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE THE WHEELS FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LUG NUTS WERE PREVIOUSLY REPLACED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
